Ignia becomes one of the first partners to be named Valo Premium Partner for proven commercial success, client satisfaction and delivery expertise.

Sydney, Australia, Feb. 20, 2018 — Ignia, an Insight Company today announced that they have been named “Premium Partner” for Valo in Australia from a select group of worldwide partners.

“I am pleased that we have obtained this title and it is testament to our long-standing strategic partnership with Valo. Ignia has had great success in delivering user-led Microsoft SharePoint-based intranet solutions that critically helps our clients drive organisational collaboration and productivity.” – Phil Rickson, Executive General Manager, Ignia.

Commenting on this achievement, Jari Pullinen, Vice President, Valo, “Ignia is one of two Australian partners to achieve this title as a result of their proven commercial success in delivering Valo solutions to our mutual customers. They have built a large Valo customer base with high customer satisfaction, demonstrating their product expertise and implementation experience.”

Danielle Bull, General Manager Marketing & Communications at WesTrac, highlights Ignia’s delivery capability by stating, “We selected Ignia based on their reputation in the market and history of success in this area. Their value proposition of being able to quickly and cost effectively define, architect and deliver Valo’s ‘Intranet in a box’ solution - while also leveraging our existing investment in Office 365 – appealed to us. The Ignia team achieved our outcomes and delivered the project from design to launch-ready in just six weeks – thanks in part to an Agile delivery method that kept the project flowing smoothly and on budget. We recently went live and the feedback across the business has been extremely positive.”

Ignia’s Valo solution has also obtained Microsoft co-sell ready status which represents strong partnership with Microsoft to jointly identify and create new business opportunities for our mutual clients. As an award-winning Microsoft Gold Partner who has deep expertise in Microsoft technologies, Jari Pullinen further commented “We look forward to continuing our strong partnership with Ignia as they continue to deliver innovative digital solutions, particularly in the Higher Education and Resources sectors in Australia.”
