SYDNEY, Australia – 4 November 2025  – Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ:NSIT), a leading Solutions Integrator,  today announced that its Australian subsidiary, Insight Enterprises Australia Pty Limited, has completed its acquisition of Sekuro. This strategic move brings Sekuro’s global cybersecurity and digital resiliency expertise into Insight’s expanding portfolio, enhancing its capabilities for enterprise and government clients.

The integration combines Sekuro’s specialised strengths — including Australian government IRAP assessments and over 450 certifications across platforms such as CrowdStrike, Microsoft, AWS, Zscaler, and Okta — with Insight’s global leadership in cloud, data, AI, and intelligent edge solutions. Together, they are uniquely positioned to help organisations across APAC navigate increasingly complex digital threats with confidence.
