Insight wins 2020 Nintex Partner Awards for Customer Success

Sydney, Australia, July 15, 2020 — Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ:NSIT), is pleased to announce it has been named a winner in the 2020 Nintex Partner Awards within the Customer Success category.

Insight earns the title as a result of its in-depth skills and knowledge of the Nintex technology suite and significant customer achievements. The award recognises Insight’s proven ability to accelerate digital transformation and results for organisations across industries by leveraging the easy, powerful, and complete capabilities of the Nintex Process Platform.

“We’re excited to recognise Insight as a winner of the 2020 Nintex Partner Awards,” said Nintex CEO Eric Johnson. “Thanks to channel partners, like Insight, more people are benefiting from valuable automation like digital forms, workflow, RPA, and eSignatures to improve business processes.”

Insight has rapidly grown its Digital Workplace and Intelligent Process Automation capabilities to help organisations improve business processes, drive operational efficiencies and empower workforce productivity. Over the last year, Insight has achieved great success in leveraging the Nintex Process Platform to deliver innovative workflow and case management solutions, that support the Australian government in tackling socioeconomic issues to improve quality of life for citizens and disadvantaged communities.

Phil Rickson, Executive General Manager – Services APAC, says “We are thrilled to be named a winner for the Nintex Partner Awards. This is a great recognition of our team’s technical leadership in helping customers drive meaningful results in the Australian community. Phil adds, “We strive to continue to deliver leading-edge digital solutions that make a difference to our community, and that is achievable with the long-standing strategic partnership we have with Nintex to deliver best-in-class workflow automation solutions.”

This recognition comes after Insight client, WA Department of Communities was also recognised as an APAC finalist in the 2020 Nintex Solution Innovation Awards, for the Insight solution to enable effective assessment of high-risk young people designed to tackle youth crime through early intervention measures.
